Meet Your Host

Welcome to Courageous Action: the Do It Scared Conference, y’all! I’m your host, Ovie, and if you’ve ever heard my podcast or crossed paths with me in real life, you already know: I’m gonna talk, I’m gonna listen, and we’re gonna get deep into it.

This conference was born from a place of vulnerability, purpose, and doing it scared in real life. As someone who’s spent a career in public service, built community through storytelling, and learned to embrace her voice (even when I could only muster a low whisper) this moment is about aligning purpose and passion.

Expect real conversations, bold truths, and a safe space to be your full self. No masks, no judgement, just connections, growth, and maybe a few holy whispers in between.

So come as you are, bring an open heart and mind (and maybe some tissues 👀), and let’s get into it. We’re not just attending a conference, we’re shifting the room…together.
